Sponsor pauza Pro for your team and run a 4-week Season of team challenges. They duel colleagues and reclaim focus — you see who participates, never how anyone uses their phone.
The attention crisis is measurable
Corporate productivity apps fail because they feel like surveillance. pauza works with your team, not against them.
Each seat unlocks the full pauza app — streaks, hard mode, AI avatar, all Pro features. A benefit people actually use daily.
1-on-1 challenges — who scrolls less, who doesn't open TikTok first. Live in the app today; colleagues challenge each other, not HR.
A 4-week program with one team challenge per week: show up, scroll down, duel, keep the streak. We enable it in week 2 of your pilot.
You see who participates — never how anyone uses their phone. Screen-time data physically stays on the employee's device.
Activation, participation, team scroll-free hours. Enough to show impact, not enough to surveil. Minimum cohort of 3 on every chart.
Built on Apple's native APIs. No MDM, no spyware, no weird workarounds.
Send invites — the whole team is set up in about 10 minutes. Employees install pauza and get Pro, sponsored by you. No IT project, no MDM.
Personal goals, streaks, and 1-on-1 duels with colleagues — all opt-in.
One team challenge per week for 4 weeks. Winning team gets a prize you fund — lunch, charity, or a team gift card.
Participation and team-level results only. No individual surveillance, ever.
Four weeks, four different games — designed so every team has a shot, not just the most disciplined one.
Everyone installs pauza and claims their daily tokens. Teams that get ≥5 of 7 daily claims per member hit the participation goal. Prize-eligible — participation is verified server-side.
Team vs team: which team cuts its social-media time the most against its own baseline? Scored in coarse buckets, never raw minutes. Bragging rights and a team badge — symbolic prize by design.
Employees challenge each other to pauza's head-to-head duels — lowest screen time wins the token pot. The team with the most completed duels wins. Prize-eligible.
The season closes on consistency: daily claims and streaks across the whole month decide the grand prize. Then a new Season starts.
Drag the sliders to model your own ROI. We don't hide behind average percentages — you enter the inputs you actually believe.
One subscription covers the app for everyone. Fund team prizes separately. No surprise bills — and no "contact sales to see pricing": the price is the price.
Screen-time trackers report on people. pauza plays with them. Employees get the full consumer app as a sponsored benefit, set their own goals, and duel colleagues 1-on-1 — no manager ever sees an individual's phone usage. It's a game they'd play anyway, not a dashboard of shame.
You see who participates — never how anyone uses their phone. Concretely: activation status per employee (invited, installed, active this week) and team-level aggregates — participation rate, scroll-free hours, challenge outcomes. Individual app usage never leaves the employee's device, and we enforce a minimum cohort size of 3 on every chart so you can't reverse-engineer an individual from a team of two.
Prizes go to teams, not individuals. When a team wins a weekly challenge, you award the prize from your pre-funded wallet — a team lunch, a donation to a charity the team picks, or a team gift card. You set the amounts, you press the payout button. Most pilots budget $100–200 per Season.
A 4-week program with one team challenge per week: week 1 — show up (daily check-ins), week 2 — scroll-down (team vs team, bragging rights), week 3 — duel week (most 1-on-1 duels completed), week 4 — streak finale. Your pilot starts on sponsored Pro and colleague duels, which are live in the app today; we enable the team challenge in week 2.
GDPR: yes — we sign a DPA, act as processor for org data, and employees act as data controllers for their personal usage. A right-to-erasure request deletes the user's personal record within 30 days. SOC 2: Type II audit is planned but not yet complete; ask for our current security questionnaire.
No. pauza runs entirely on Apple's Screen Time APIs on each employee's personal or work phone. No MDM profile, no device enrollment, no kernel extensions. If an employee uninstalls the app, they simply stop participating — that's the only lever.
Yes — that's the recommended path. Invite 10–25 people, run one Season. $99/month covers up to 25 seats. If the Season doesn't produce numbers you like, cancel — we'll help you export the aggregate metrics so the pilot isn't a black hole.
$99/month covers up to 25 active seats. Monthly billing, cancel anytime.
